As discussed on previous pages, Jayson and his team can do what is known as a joint venture with you as an investor or property owner. A joint venture is a technical term for saying work together.
Some people do not have the time, experience or network to put these sorts of property transactions together and may have friends even family that have bought a book and think they understand the business enough to risk your property.
Jayson will personally talk to you and discuss the options that you can work together with. Throughout any joint venture you will have direct access to Jayson via the phone and the email.
